Refund & Damage Policy

Due to the nature of original and custom artwork, all sales from Abstractly Jess are considered final.

Originals

Original artwork is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment. Refunds or replacements are only offered if the artwork arrives damaged.

Custom Commissions

Custom and commissioned artwork is created specifically for you and is non-refundable. Minor variations in color, texture, or artistic style are part of the creative process and are not considered defects.

Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives damaged:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of:

    • The damaged artwork

    • The packaging (inside and outside)

  • Email all information to: [your email]

Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • Repair (if possible)

  • Replacement (if applicable)

  • Refund of the purchase price

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once damage is confirmed.
