Artwork Copyright & Usage Policy

Ownership
Purchasing an original artwork or custom commission does not transfer copyright ownership. Abstractly Jess retains all rights to the artwork unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Permitted Use
Buyers may:

Display the artwork in their home or personal space

Share photos of the artwork on social media (credit appreciated but not required)
Prohibited Use
Buyers may not:

Reproduce the artwork (prints, merchandise, digital copies)

Sell or license the artwork’s image

Use the artwork for commercial or promotional purposes
Written permission is required for any commercial use.
Custom Commission Policy

Custom commissions are a collaborative process between the artist and the client.

Clients provide reference photos and preferences at the time of order

One round of minor revisions may be offered at the artist’s discretion

Significant changes or additional revisions may incur additional fees
Completion timelines vary and will be communicated before work begins. Once approved and completed, commissions are final sale.
