Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Custom commissions may require additional time depending on complexity and will be communicated clearly during the ordering process.

Shipping Methods

All artwork is shipped using reputable carriers with tracking whenever possible. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Packaging

We take great care in packaging artwork to ensure it arrives safely, using protective materials appropriate for original art.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has shipped, Abstractly Jess is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.
