Processing Time

• Most commissions take 3-6 weeks from approved quote to finished piece, depending on size and my current queue. Need it by a specific date (a birthday, holiday, or gift)? Let me know up front — Rush commissions may be available for an additional fee, depending on my schedule.

• One-of-a-kind items in stock can generally ship very quickly.

Shipping Locations

• I ship throughout the United States

• International shipping is available for many commissions, though some larger or highly textured pieces may not be practical to ship overseas. I'll discuss the best options with you before work begins.

Shipping Methods

• All artwork is shipped using reputable carriers with tracking whenever possible.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Packaging

• We take great care in packaging artwork to ensure it arrives safely, using protective materials appropriate for original art.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• Once an order has shipped, Abstractly Jess is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

• If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.
